SAFETY OF YOUR PURCHASE - RETURNS

If you are not content with the ordered items or you wish to resign from your purchase by any reason, you need to do that within 14 days from your purchase. After notification of resignation, you need to return the goods in 30 days time.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unharmed and unused. Original invoice must be added.

You can not return consumption items like waxes, spray, powders if they are not originaly packed.

How to return the goods?

You need to let us know about your return within 15 days of your purchase.

- Put the goods in a hard case packing

- Add original invoice

- Add a statment with your address and bank account details, contact emails or phone so we can refund you purchase money.

- Postage expenses must be covered by a sender.

- For all other informations you can contact us on our phone or email.

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Our company guarantees for the qualitiy of the products with a waranty card of the manufacturers. There is no warranty on consumable items or flies!

Basic conditions for claiming a warranty:

Warranty can only be claimed with a warranty certificate and copy of original invoice. As a rule, warranty lasts 12 months if not differently writen on the warranty card. There is no waranty for a consumable items like flies, lines, gels, powders and any other baits or lures. 

In case of the manufacturer`s defects appearing within warranty time, errors will be mended free of charge. 

In case of some unauthorised interference in the product or malversation of them, warranty will not be recognised.
